Mr. Ball is a distinguished disabled veteran of the United States Army, with a commendable service record that includes deployments during the 1991 Persian Gulf War and over 40 successful jumps as an Airborne Paratrooper.

Hailing from Tampa, Florida, and an alumnus of Tampa Bay Tech High School, Mr. Ball continues to be deeply involved in the urban community of Tampa Bay. He dedicated a decade of his time as a head coach for the Ybor City Boys and Girls Club, specifically leading the Tampa Eagles team.
